The footpath outside 9 Lime Grove, has completely broken down.

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 18:23, Thursday 5 September 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

The footpath leading to 9 Lime Grove has been in very poor state for many years and has now all but disintegrated. It is very uneven and dangerous particularly in winter with poor weather and light. It is mostly due to root damage of the large self-seeded tree outside my boundary. The tree needs to be felled and the path repaired.

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority.
