The hedge belonging to 2 Merritt road is so overgrown as to foul the pavement , in the dark the branches and brambles catch people’s faces and bodies . This is a perennial problem that occurs every year, with only minimal trimming each year it gets worse.and is an eyesore as well as a danger to pedestrians .
