Ref:00357600 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

The problem still remains. As the nights are drawing in it is getting more of a hazard. Please can the light be replaced.

Sorry to hear of this issue, and we must apologise that the issue still remains, im going to see if we can get a solar lighting unit in this location. SSE are refusing to let us reconnect the light back onto their wooden pole so im hoping now we have reliable solar technology we can use it here, sorry again as i appreciate this has been out for a long time

A light has been put in place but it only lights up for approx 2 hours , the brightness is very poor. I know it is the only option you had but to be honest it is no use at all.
