Streetlight brightness going into residents homes in the night at 81 kennylands road but the streetlight is on Essex way.

  • Streetlight (marked number 3) located outside no 42 Essex Way not working. Located in street where all properties occupied by elderly persons. Pitch black without and increases vulnerability of occupants.

  • Ref:00358790 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you
