NONE of the street lamps in Gardeners Close are working

Not a single streetlamp in Gardeners Close is working. They are all out, as are all the shorter car park lights. Our cars, bicycles and doors are now in a very vulnerable position

Hi many thanks for reporting these outages, i have checked our mangment system and it looks like the lights in questioned are not maintained by Oxfordshire County Council. i have attached a plan showing the lights in the are we do maintain (CH1 to CH3 are marked as Private). If the lights are not shown then they will be owned and maintained by the land owner.
