I first reported this problem @ 6 years ago. The street drain at the entrance to my home (1, Brookside is higher than the road surface resulting in large pool of water and debris collecting there during wet weather. The street has recently been surveyed and marked in green paint for repair but the area outside my home has not been included. Please include it in the upcoming repairs as it is a bigger problem than other smaller marked areas.

I note that the repairs scheduled for Brookside and marked out in green marker have been carried out today. You will note above that the drain at the entrance to my house (1, Brookside) was scheduled to be included in these repairs. Unfortunately this was not done today. Is this work still scheduled to be done at a later date or was it omitted by accident? Please can you update me on when it will be done as we are entering Autumn and winter and I've not repaired I will again have a large collection of water at my entrance because the drain is too high. Thank you.

Good afternoon. I believe an inspection was made of the area and some small repairs made/ to be made. However, I wish to update you on this specific gully. This has been identified as a non-safety defect, and a job has been raised to relay the gully lower, aligning it with the channel. Unfortunately, I am not able to give any specific dates yet when this might be carried out. I will try to keep you updated of any work due. Thank you.

The problem at the bottom of my drive still persists. Today after the rain the large pool of water at the entrance to my home returned! This is because the drain at the entrance to my drive is higher than the street. Until this mismatch is addressed and fixed the problem will not go away. To summarise I first reported this problem in 2014/15-4-5 years ago!,
