This pot hole is huge. Significant risk of damage to vehicle if struck. Drivers are swerving into on coming traffic to avoid it.

This pothole is always full of water and is adjacent to a manhole cover, so it is probably due to a leak from the water main. Some work was done on this manhole fairly recently, and since then the pothole appeared and is rapidly getting worse

It is so bad now someone has put a traffic cone in it

This pothole is getting worse, and someone has now put a traffic cone in it, which means drivers have to swerve to the other side of the road to get round it (previously, one could "straddle" the pothole) It's really dangerous and could cause significant damage if someone were to hit it.
