Oak Trees

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 12:19, Thursday 22 August 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Our garden lawn has dropped many inches over the last few years and my concern is the roots from the trees might be causing it. The garden was once level with the paving slabs. Could you please investigate.

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely to be maintainable by the District Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 227 001
