Public footway is completely covered by overgrown hedge and grass/weeds.

Public footway 1.8m wide is not usable safely by the pedestrians. I reported this last November(2018) Ref:1466085 when I saw pedestrians were walking on the busy main road. This path has not been maintained by OCC over many years. Comparing with OCC's recent work in other parts of Oxfordshire this path is the worst one and need urgent action before an accident. Birds are not nesting now.
