Overhanging trees from public footpath in to gardens

Trees overgrown and leaning over and dropping debris into gardens. This is happening on the public footpath between Matthew Arnold fields and brooks university. These trees are over hanging in to the gardens of Turner Drive.

  • The overhanging trees present are on land maintainable by an adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. You can access the land registry at: search-property-information-land-registry to find details of the adjacent landowner to peruse your enquiry. You are also within your common law rights as a landowner to cut any overhanging vegetation back to the boundary line of your property.
