Ref: 00356630 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

Walkway light still not working. Nearly a month now, this despite numerous requests from local residents for this issue to be rectified. Please take action.

This light is still not working despite being told that it would be fixed on 4th August. What a shambles.

It is now five weeks since this was reported and still no action despite your assurance that this walkway light would be prepared within 7 days. It is now becoming a joke. "how many men does it take to change a light bulb", answer-none
