Two top of trees have fallen in the River Ock, MOP says this has caused flooding of the river.. The MOP has been told to inform the local Council about flooding.

  • The overhanging trees are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. You are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the trees are growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees.
