  • The overhanging trees are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. These trees may be the responsibility of the Town Council, but you are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the trees are growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees.
