Safety Barriers removed

Reported in the Pavements category anonymously at 15:37, Sunday 18 August 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later

For reasons unknown a lot of the safety barriers have been removed around Southwold. OCC have ownership of the paths as they are adopted and have no knowledge of this work being done. It is a safety issue as children used to stop at the barriers for parents and now there is nothing to stop them running into the road. We used to go through the barriers with our buggies along with friends with double buggies and disability scooters so cannot think of a reason this has been done, can anyone assist?
