‘Thank you for your report and apologies for the delay in response, the area from Crays Pond (and other roads feeding that area) are covered by a 7.5 tonne weight restriction. Any vehicles over this limit would only be accessing this area to make legitimate deliveries therefore any further signing would not be necessary State changed to: No further action”
Can you please explain how you know this? I followed the vehicle in the picture, twice, and I can guarantee that he was not delivering to Whitchurch Hill. Very large vehicles are using this road as a short cut, I have had two near misses in the last two days from drivers of smaller vehicles who don’t seem to realise how narrow the road iis and at parts you can’t get two cars next to each other at the same time! There should be warning signs before someone has a head on crash.

Thank you for your report. If you are requesting Road Name plates then you would need to report this to your District Council, but if a Highway Sign then please open a new report on this site and explain which sign you feel there is lack of. Regards
State changed to: Investigation complete
