Drains blocked on B430, near North Lane junction. Drain overgrown and pipe leading to ditch also hidden and blocked

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later
Drains (x3) on main road (B430) overgrown and pipe leading from drain into ditch all blocked too so water can't flow away easily. Pipe exit into ditch from all bar one of the drains not visible either as blocked with soil. This is causing a major safety issue when heavy rains come as the blocked drains cause pooling of large areas of water on a busy main road (and cycle route) where people often travel in excess of 40 miles/hour. Drains on remainder of B430 have been cleared - thank you very much but please could these remaining drains be fixed. Many thanks for your help.
