Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

This issue is not new, it has been discussed at Parish Council level, and reported to the district and county councillor.

The road markings on this junction have now worn through and are not clear at all what is expected from vehicle users, It's a 4 way junction that has a very busy traffic count. The traffic since the development has increased, more and more HGV,s approach from all directions and the drivers of vehicles have very worn markings to show the direction and size of each lane, and because of this lane discipline is extremely poor in all directions, with vehicles of all descriptions straddling the lanes for this sharpe bend. This area will have increased traffic as the development continues, and it is often used by vehicles who have been stuck on the B430 after an incident on the M40 or A34, these drivers have no idea how busy this junction is, so they do not approach with the caution that is now needed on this blind sharpe bend. I appreciate that this junction may be developed under the "Master Plan" for Heyford Park. However this junction needs addressing as a matter of urgency before there is a serious incident there. This junction is mentioned by Parishioners at every Parish Council meeting. It is now, dangerous and needs addressing with expediency.
