Resident keeps parking in footpath causing obstruction

The end of Knights Road there is footpath that runs alongside the house at the end.They have at least 6 cars/vans to this one house and most evenings and weekends they park one or two cars in the footpath actually in/on the footpath blocking the way for people dog walking or walking with a pram or even Fire,Ambulance wouldn't have a chance of getting down there.It's wrong,annoying,Dangerous.Surley a BOLLARD could be placed in the middle of the path to STOP this from going on/happening again please

Thank you for your report. However, providing bollards to prevent parking on the footway at this location would only replace the potentially temporary obstruction caused by the vehicle with a permanent one which would prevent disabled access.
An obstruction like this should therefore be reported to Thames Valley Police should this continue to be a nuisance,
