  • We have visited the site and the overhanging trees are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by the Oxfordshire County Council in our capacity as local highway authority. You are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the trees are growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees.
