Loose noisy metal on pole

Nothing serious or immediate - I have spotted that a small bit of metal on the telephone pole outside of 14 wills road is loose. It rattles noisily in heavy wind which is a minor nuicence to the neighbours in itself (especially at night) but I am more concerned if it would be to come loose and fall down. A "five minute job" but I thought I would report it anyway. Thank you.
