The footpath which runs from the rear of Garden Close , alongside the cemetery to Southam Road. There is a overhanging tree branch, covered in ivy, which is gradually moving towards the ground. Making it difficult to walk under.

The tree branch is covered in ivy and hanging close to the footpath, making it difficult to walk under, I am worrid that it may fall down and cause injury.

  • We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely to be maintainable by the Town Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 250 340
