A40 cycle path too narrow for 2 cyclists to pass
Reported in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 10:32, Fri 9 August 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 3 minutes later
The cycle path alongside the A40 between Oxford and Wheatley is overgrown, too narrow and bumpy making it difficult to pass oncoming cyclists. It needs proper investment to keep people cycling and encourage more to use it.

Grass cutting will not fix the problem. Hedges need to be trimmed too and the path needs improving (widening and resurfacing).
Nb The last time the grass was cut it revealed a huge amount of litter - litter collection will also be needed!
Thanks.
