  • Ref:00356871 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • There are now at least 3 street lights not working all in Pipits Croft. Numbers 1, 7 and 8. With so many out a repair is requested asap.

  • I reported that light 4 in Pipits Croft wasn't working on 8/8/19. Since then lights 7 and 8 have been reported not working. Today light 1 is also not working and light 3 is blinking as if about to fail.
