Public footpath behind houses has overgrown trees restricting path but also branches leaning over in to private gardens.

The angle of the growth of the tree is obstructing the public footpath causing difficulties in access. The angle of the tree is resulting in its branches leaning on the fence of adjoining property and over in to the garden.

  • Many thanks for your report. OCC will look to clear any vegetation restricting access along the footpath.
    Branches growing into private gardens will need to be dealt with by the resident.
