Several trees fallen into Letcombe Brook

Reported in the Trees category by Grove Parish Council at 11:09, Thursday 8 August 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

Although this land belongs to the MoD (as riparian owner) the trees may block the Letcombe Brook in Grove.

Both the Grove Parish Council and the Letcombe Brook Project Officer have tried to contact the MOD but to no avail.

Can someone at the County County please take responsibility for this issue, it is too big for the Parish Council to deal with.

You are advised to contact Land Registry to determine who is responsible for the land on which the trees are growing and therefore, have the responsibility for the trees.
