The path leading from the rear car park all the way through to the path in front of the properties at Juniper Close is full of pot holes and broken tarmac. Down by a large drain there are two holes in the tarmac around the drain cover which an elderly resident has put his walking frame into. The path is very uneven and the estate is pretty full of elderly, disabled and infirm residents. There is a trip hazard as well as some residents reporting that they cannot push their walking aids along it due to the unevenness of the surface.
