Thank you for reporting this issue. I have contacted our Highway Records team and they have confirmed that this strip of land, at the side of 8 and back of 11 -12 Pottle Close, Botley, that the ST9 street light is located on, is not part of the Oxfordshire County Council highway network, that we are responsible for maintaining, at public expense. Also, after checking the land registry, it appears it is owned by, and the responsibility of, the Vale of White Horse District Council. You need to contact them at.
