Ref: 00356754 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

The faulty light, which I hadn’t even noticed, has been replaced with an led. This is too bright. It is like a daylight bulb in the middle of the night. I do not have blackout material in my curtains on that side of the house. I had guests recently and they could not sleep. Please reduce level of light.
