  • Ref: 00356754 Thank you for your report, OCC are now responding to out of lights within the contracted timescales of attending site within 7 days for repairs. If there is a cable fault this will be passed to the Electricity company to repair and will take longer, it will depend on the resources which the District Service Operator has. Thank you

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 12:45, Tuesday 3 September 2019

  • The faulty light, which I hadn’t even noticed, has been replaced with an led. This is too bright. It is like a daylight bulb in the middle of the night. I do not have blackout material in my curtains on that side of the house. I had guests recently and they could not sleep. Please reduce level of light.
