Hill farm lane, duns tew, Ox25 6jh
Reported anonymously at 06:59, Mon 5 August 2019
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later
At this time of the year the residents of hill farm lane are plagued by straw debris dropped by trucks servicing the farm at the bottom of the lane. Please photographs below. To a great degree the straw is the result of overgrown, overhanging shrubbery, which to my knowledge has not been trimmed back for several years. However, it’s also due to negligence of the farm management. Is there anything that can be done to reduce this annoying and unsightly spoil?

This report is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council. Notices have been sent to prooerty owners with overgrowth to cut back/trim to see if this will help alleviate the issue. kind regards

I wish to challenge the decision reached. As far as I’m aware the verge in question is the responsibility of the Council. Certainly it has been the Council who have attended the shrubbery in previous years. Please reconsider
