Debris in the road-A417
Reported anonymously at 17:40, Sun 4 August 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 5 minutes later
On the 417 road travelling from Blewbury towards Streatley ( can't pin point on here exactly ) but there is some type of a block of wood/Chipboard .Something in the road which can cause a tyre damage . Its already been there a few days . Also I wish Highway maintenance would drive the 417 because there are unattached tree branches and part greenery almost on the road , very close to the side of the road which if move will cause a dangerous obstruction and have been like this for months ./Generally near the wooded areas between Streatly and Blewbury .

Thank you for this report however it is not the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council, Highways as we have no powers to enforce parking issues such as this. I can only suggest speaking to the Police on their non-emergency 101 number as they should be better able to advise/assist you. This report is now closed.

This is not a" parking " issue .It is Debris on the road which can cause damage when driven over ?? I clearly stated this .No one parks on the A417 its a bendy country road with 50mph in most places between Streatley and Blewbury .
