Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a drain cover that needs to be refixed and cemented.It is outside St Lukes Nursing Home, Oxford OX3 7PX. It is on the path outside the carpark entrance. Its is a trip hazard and there are several elderly people on mobility scooters that cant drive safely over it
