The photo shows how water has collected and is already spilling over the pavement after only relatively light rain overnight. In a heavy downpour, as we often get at this time of year, or consistent steady rain, the water would spill over the pavement towards the front doors of homes directly on the street. Some properties have a slope which the water would flow down and could cause major problems. The drain is clearly blocked. Is this not covered by our council tax?
