Why does a Solid white cyclist lane. Have Double Yellow lines running through it. That would be public vehicle are allowed into this cyclist lane. The solid white cyclist lane is invalid due to having double yellow lines.

The solid white cyclist lane On both sides of Banbury rd and in other part of the city oxford apparently have double yellow lines running through them cyclist lane. I believe by law is an invalid white boxed cyclist lane only . You have to remove them dylines inside this solid white cyclist lane for it to be able to be valid as a cyclist only lane . Where other rd users would park or sit down or pick up passengers.
