Over Grown Hedging obstructing road user view

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 15:29, Tuesday 30 July 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Please see a photo showing the obstruction the vegetation is causing in Hereford Way - as you can clearly see it has taken over the path which pedestrians can no longer use - this is opposite no 56 - yesterday morning as one of the residents who live in the close 11-31 Hereford Way,I pulled out of the close but had to pull out so far because the vegetation is causing a blind spot that met a vehicle head on driving down into Hereford Way, luckily both were very slow and managed to avoid each other - the next time may not be so lucky. This is now an urgent issue which needs to be addressed before someone is hurt!
