Excessive speeding down Almond Avenue

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 20:43, Sunday 28 July 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

More and more cars and vans seem to be speeding through Almond Avenue (and presumably through Hazel Crescent and Morton Avenue too, as this is a commonly used shortcut through Kidlington) and i'm concerned that a child or pet will be killed as a result. There was a dead hedgehog in the road this morning and you could tell it had been hit at quite some speed by the way it was spread across the rude (sorry to be gruesome, but it's a fact)! Could the speed bumps be raised or some other speed limiting devices/deterrents be installed please?
