Overgrown foliage creates a dangerous blind spot

Reported in the Grass and Hedges category anonymously at 11:04, Wed 24 July 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later

Collision between two vehicles coming in opposite directions on 18/7/19 at a sharp bend immediately before Newnhamhill Bottom splits into two. Overgrown foliage means that it is impossible for vehicles driving westwards into Newnhamhill Bottom to see vehicles approaching from the road leading down from the top of the hill
