Resident storing vehicles undergoing repair on the road. These are often wheel-less, balanced on chocks or just bits of wood and look very dangerous and unstable.

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later

Resident storing vehicles undergoing repair on the road. These are often wheel-less, balanced on chocks or just bits of wood (elevated to about 40cm off the ground). Many children use this route to go to school and I think these vehicles pose a significant health and safety risk. On occasions, vehicle oil has also been spilled across the pavement and grass kerb, leaving slippery areas.
