Trip hazard at the start of footpath from Kelham Hall Drive down to Farm Close Road
Looks like coax or finer cable that has come out of ground.
This is a Safety Matter and should be prioritised for rectification to avoid potential injury of people using the footpath especially at night when there is no lights to see hazard is present.

A cone has been put in place, but this is not a fix and trip Harvard remains, especially if someone move cone, which is always possible.
As a safety hazard on a public footpath the council insurance cover may not pay any accident insurance claim.
