  • This issue has been reported a number of times. If he first two lights coming from Aylesbury are not green as it should be and only the first set, you cannot proceed. This is because cars on the left and middle lane going to Bicester are blocking cars in the same lane which want to proceed towards the M40 or Oxford. The problem is principally caused by the fish light being green and the second light being red. There is no logical reason for this and it means waiting another 30secs-1min before they change.

The second issue is how on earth WAS THE ROUNDABOUT SIGNED OFF FROM THE CONTRACTORS IN 2018?

The middle land road markings show straight ahead but when the cars get to the middle roundabout the road markings say left only. This causes so many cars to change into the middle lane at the last minute, potentially causing a crash. The roundabout's yellow box markings have already faded. Again a real concern, at a section entrance for one of the busiest shopping centres in the UK and Europe.

Grateful for clarity on these points.

  • Any further updates on this given it is a longstanding issue since the roundabout opened in 2017?
