Outside 18 Sinnels Field. The drain cover keeps on falling part of the way into the drain access, with the result that people continually park on the pavement which is being damaged.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 2 minutes later

This drain cover persistently rotates down around its hinge point until it is 2 inches/5cm. below the roadway with the result that people park on the pavement which is being damaged. They are obviously worried that if the cover moves further a wheel will drop into the drain causing damage their vehicle. There doesn't appear to have been any attempt to correct this recurring problem and if a vehicle is damaged as a result there is likely to be a claim on the council.
