I am concerned about the positioning of the road and the building. The building has been hit by a van twice in the last 6 months with another incident today (however with less impact) and I am worried the next time it happens, this will cause serious damage to the building or injury. I wondered whether a bollard(s) could be positioned next to the property to avoid this? As you can see from the photo below, there is no room between the road and property.

Hi
Please see photo evidence of a lorry hitting the building. As you can see, there is hardly any spaces between the building and the parked cars, certainly not enough for vehicle of this size. Please can you look into measures to avoid this happening again?
Perhaps bollards or double yellows on the opposite side?
Kind regards Louise Flynn

Thank you for your report and pleas accept our apologies for the delay in response. The location has previously had a bollard located by the side of the barn to help with this and as it is now missing we have programmed a replacement to be installed. Our contractor is currently arranging this and will undertake the works in the new year. We trust this assists.
