Low hanging tree obstructing pavement
Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 22:31, Sunday 14 July 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council 4 minutes later
Tree near to the Kemps Road end of the Crescent needs cutting right back away from the pavement as it is obstructing the way for pedestrians including parents and children on school run especially with prams having to walk out onto the road to go around it. This is not safe and should have been cut back a long time ago!

We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees are on land that is likely to be maintainable by the District Council and not by the County Council. They can be contacted at: 01295 227 001
