  • This section of Ashmead Road and the footpath through to Firtree Close is not yet adopted highway so the matter will be atken up with the developers to resolve. Our normal requirements are that trees should not be planted within 10m of a designed lighting column location on 'public land', this is one of those ridiculous situations where its been planted about 1m away and was atherefore inevitably going to conflict when the tree grew and became heavy with summer leaf.
