Trees overhanging road and begining to encroach into residential property

The trees at the entrance to Judges close have developed over the last thirty years and are now causing a problem by overhanging the road and beginning to encroach into the residential property opposite.

  • Would you please confirm what action will be taken to rectify the above problem. As the problem was raised on the 13 July 2019 there has been more than enough time to investigate and reach a conclusion.

  • We have instructed work to the tree described in the enquiry. This forms part of a large package of works OCC has instructed throughout the northern area of the county (Cherwell & West Oxfordshire Districts). We expect to have all the works included completed by 31st March 2020.
