Unsupervised Youths aged 12/14 riding pit bikes around farmers private land close to residential houses, late evening causing noise disturbance in turn stopped my young children to sleep
Reported anonymously at 19:42, Fri 12 July 2019
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council 3 minutes later
The Youths are never supervised and to my understanding have no permission from the land owner. It is the arable land behind Stonhouse crescent, Radley OX14 3AF
Council ref: ENQ19837838

Good morning,
My name is Lewis Vaughan and I am a Community Safety Officer at the Vale of White Horse District Council.
I have been passed this report through the FixMyStreet online reporting centre. I am sorry to learn of this incident.
I would urge you to report this problem online to Thames Valley Police or via their non-emergency 101 number. Unfortunately, as the land is privately owned, we have no jurisdiction over enforcement powers., so are unable to assist in resolving the problem.
The neighbourhood policing team will be able to add this area to their regular patrol routes or may even be able to work with the land owner to introduce preventative measures to stop this from happening.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards,
Lewis Vaughan Community Safety Officer South and Vale District Councils.
