Hello, I noticed today that the kerb and pavement has been marked for repair outside 78 Fair Close Bicester. The reason it has been damaged is that, for many years, two cars run up the kerb and pavement to park in front of the house. A repair will not prevent this continuing to happen. Should the occupants at number 78 Fair Close not be applying for a dropped kerb to be put in place? I have always thought that it was not legal to drive over the kerb/footpath in this manner, but perhaps I am wrong in that assumption.
Just a thought to save the council some money on repair. Regards Peter Ball 76, Fair Close 07598 965 225
