Bollard that has been crashed into

Reported anonymously at 13:21, Thursday 11 July 2019

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 4 minutes later

A bollard to replace the one knocked down on the 22nd March 2019.Opposite 19, Southern Road Thame OX9 2EE. Cars are mounting the pavement where the bollard was and driving at speed on the pavement. This pavement is used by Children going to St Josephs school, Lord Williams School and the Nursary school, also scouts, cubs, guides going to their huts on the recreation ground, people walking to the Nature Reserve. We know that in the past the previous bollard has saved many accidents if not any thing worse. Please can we have the bollard replaced as soon as possible. Yours sincerely, Janet Eaton
