New road markings not completed for wheelchair user and cycle markings on Oxford Road. Thank you for doing the ones you did do, after 4 years of asking, they are excellent and help greatly in safety. However the markings on the layby for the cycle path - including the bicycle sign on the tarmac - to the A329 cycle pavement were left out, as were the dashed lines and triangles on the pavement of Oxford Road for the wheelchair user living on the opposite side to LWS on Oxford Road, to get to the leisure centre.

I wrote to Arriva Bus Company as i was almost knocked off my bike recently. I cannot understand why so much of the job was done, and the last part was just left!

Thank you for your report and please accept our apologies for the delay in response. The markings have been noted on our system and will be picked up within future roadmarking refresh programmes. However, due to the current time of year, this is unlikely to be undertaken until the nearby building works have been completed and the onset of the better weather.
