Hello Thank you. i would like to point out the heavily overgrown trees are at the far right hand side on the Island. These two very Large overgrown trees as you can see are over growing the canal boat also my boat, this as you can see is getting very worrying as we have already had an issue with a tree falling onto to a boat on the island resulting on those trees being felled. I am very worried about these two very large trees that are very close together as my boat is Fiberglass and any tree falling from these would go through the boat causing serious damage. I hope these will be sorted as soon as possible to prevent this possibly happening. Kindest regards Michael

I have checked the ownership of the site. The overhanging trees present are not on Highway land but on land maintainable by an adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. You can access the land registry at: https://www.gov.uk/ search-property-information-land-registry of to find details of the adjacent landowner to peruse your enquiry.
